Chapter 100

Su Yun lost track of how many times she meowed in embarrassment, the stroking sensation on her legs never ceasing.

About ten minutes passed before Qin Xue finally stopped.

When the excitement hit, it was like a shot of adrenaline—her physical discomfort vanished entirely.

But once the high faded, the discomfort and dizziness returned twofold, overwhelming Qin Xue.

“Sister Xiaoyun, I’m so dizzy… let me sleep for a bit…”

Satisfied, Qin Xue collapsed softly onto Su Yun.

“…”

Su Yun sat there, dazed, her eyes vacant. It took a minute or two for her to snap out of it.

Her face was still flushed, but at least her mind could process things again.

She could only chalk up what had just happened to Qin Xue’s peculiar tastes.

Reaching for a nearby blanket, Su Yun pulled it over Qin Xue.

Qin Xue was wearing so little, and with her condition, catching a cold was the last thing she needed.

“Sister Xiaoyun…”

“Yes?”

“I want a lap pillow.”

As Su Yun held her, Qin Xue’s faint voice stirred her protective instincts.

Su Yun frowned, But to make her happy, she obediently sat up, pressed her legs together, and let Qin Xue rest her head on her thighs as a pillow.

“Sister Xiaoyun is the best,” Qin Xue murmured sweetly before drifting into a groggy sleep.

Su Yun, gazing down at her, found herself unable to sleep.

Always being hugged, and now serving as a pillow—was she really turning into a body pillow?

And the things Qin Xue did to her were just too strange…

Su Yun didn’t know much about how close female friends typically were, but when Qin Xue said her legs were fragrant, she hadn’t even blinked.

Was that normal among girls?

Her thoughts wandered as she glanced at Qin Xue’s beautiful face. A refined young lady, a campus beauty—yes, those things must be normal between girls. Totally normal.

If that was normal, then her meowing earlier was definitely normal too—not some shameful, scandalous act.

Yes, that had to be it.

Su Yun convinced herself internally, trying to shake off the embarrassment.

A perfect girl like Sister Xue couldn’t possibly be a pervert, right?

But if that was the case, Su Yun wouldn’t mind seeing Qin Xue in black stockings, letting her touch them…

Ahem.

Just as the room fell quiet, the door creaked open.

“Baby, you—”

Wang Haiyan walked in with a cheerful smile, but upon seeing the scene, she promptly shut her mouth.

She was experienced now. This time, she didn’t freeze for long. Turning around, she closed the door behind her.

“Baby, come eat when you’re ready. I’ll keep it warm for you,” Wang Haiyan whispered from the doorway before leaving without lingering.

Her precious son was currently wearing white stockings, serving as a pillow for that tall girl?

Though Wang Haiyan hadn’t seen much of the world, she couldn’t help but feel this was something the girl should be doing. Otherwise, it made the boy seem a bit less… masculine.

Her mind flashed to yesterday, when her son had been pinned under that tall girl.

“…”

She reached the dining table in the living room, propping her head up and staring blankly.

“Sis, why didn’t you call them out to eat?” Wang Haibin asked, already digging in with his chopsticks.

“They’re… busy. No rush. Eat first,” Wang Haiyan replied absently.

“Busy, huh?”

Her offhand comment stunned the two men at the table.

They didn’t say another word or press to call the girls, instead eating in silence.

After a while, Wang Haiyan sorted out her thoughts.

The tall girl was statuesque, much taller than their generation, and well-developed. It was only natural she’d overpower her son.

Satisfied with this reasoning, Wang Haiyan picked up her chopsticks and began eating happily.

“Sister Xue, want to eat? You can sleep after.”

Ten minutes later, Su Yun brought a plate of food from the living room into the bedroom.

The door was now locked, and the curtains were drawn tightly.

She didn’t want anyone seeing Qin Xue’s body—not even her father.

“Sister Xiaoyun, feed me…”

Qin Xue’s voice was groggy as she lay on the bed.

“Alright.”

Su Yun helped Qin Xue sit up, propping her back against the headboard. She scooped up rice and vegetables with a spoon, feeding her carefully.

“Mmm.” Watching the girl eat the food she offered filled Su Yun with an inexplicable sense of accomplishment.

While feeding her, Su Yun kept stealing glances at the sight before her.

She’d dragged Qin Xue out on this trip so suddenly that Qin Xue had barely brought anything.

Clothes? Naturally, she was wearing Su Yun’s. But there was a problem—Su Yun didn’t have anything in that size.

What Qin Xue wore now were a few oversized pieces her mother had hurriedly bought from a shop on the day they arrived.

Though it was just a regular shop on the street, even those were from a decent store in Summer End City. Still, they weren’t enough for Qin Xue.

Looking at how tightly everything fit, Su Yun knew it couldn’t be comfortable.

If she wore them for a few more days, it might turn into a sausage-casing-bursting disaster.

After eating a bit, Qin Xue couldn’t manage more and prepared to sleep again.

Feeling less dizzy now, she undid the ill-fitting undergarment and slipped on a jacket before settling back down.

She’d checked her surroundings before taking it off, ensuring it was safe.

Su Yun, catching a glimpse, mentally noted the size to buy.

Then she stepped out, grabbed a black bag from her mother, and stuffed the pink undergarment from the bed into it.

It was 9 p.m.

Su Yun was ready to head out.

Yes, she was going to buy clothes for Qin Xue.

“Do you know the way? Want me to come with you?”

Seeing her about to leave, Su Fulin hurried after her. He was fairly familiar with the area.

Plus, it was late. A girl going out alone wasn’t exactly safe.

In Su Fulin’s eyes, his son was now a young girl.

As long as she stayed safe, he was fine with whatever she did.

“Well… no need.”

Su Yun hesitated, her reluctance raising some suspicion.

Soon, her parents gathered around her.

With no other choice, Su Yun sheepishly explained what she was going to do.

Su Fulin, hearing her plan, felt a bit awkward. As a man, he couldn’t exactly walk into that kind of store.

But he knew there was a large mall nearby, though it was a half-hour drive.

Wang Haiyan, on the other hand, was eager to go with Su Yun. She had experience with this sort of shopping.

In the end, her parents decided to go with her, leaving her uncle and Qin Xue to rest at home.

Forty minutes later, Su Fulin drove them to the city’s largest mall.

This was the city center, far more bustling than the small town they were staying in.

Familiar towering buildings came into view. Even at night, the streets were alive with people. For a moment, Su Yun felt like she was back in Summer End City.

But in truth, only this small area resembled a city. The rest were all villages.

They soon joined the crowd entering the mall, Su Yun’s white hair standing out strikingly in the lively atmosphere.
